How to Sharpen an Image
Three steps, all in your browser.
Add your image
Drag a file onto the drop zone or click to browse. JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF and BMP are all accepted, and the file never leaves your device.
Dial in the amount
Drag the Amount slider up until edges look defined but natural. The preview updates live — stop just before halos or noise appear.
Sharpen and download
Click Sharpen & download to save a PNG, JPG or WebP. Change the size next with the Image Resizer or shrink the file with the Image Compressor.
Sharpening is the opposite of the Blur Image tool — it enhances edge contrast rather than softening. It works best on slightly soft photos; it cannot recover a badly out-of-focus shot.
