How to Add a Border to an Image
Three steps, all in your browser.
Add your image
Drag a file onto the drop zone or click to browse. JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF and BMP are all accepted, and the file never leaves your device.
Pick a colour and width
Choose any border colour with the picker, or tap a white, black or rose swatch, then set the border width. The frame grows outward around your whole photo and the preview updates live.
Add the border and download
Click Add border & download to save a PNG, JPG or WebP. Trim or reframe first with the Image Cropper or Image Resizer, or round the corners with the Circle Crop tool.
A border is a quick way to give a photo a polaroid or matted look, add clean whitespace before printing, or frame a shot so it sits neatly on a coloured social feed. To reframe the picture itself, try the Image Cropper, resize it with the Image Resizer, or make a round avatar with Circle Crop.
