Shapes stay vector while you edit, so SVG exports stay scalable and PNG exports render at 2x.

Yes — this online whiteboard is free and needs no sign-up. The whiteboard runs entirely in your browser — no account, no watermark, and nothing you draw is uploaded to a server. Your board autosaves to your browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back.
Can I use sticky notes for brainstorming on this whiteboard?
Yes — the whiteboard has a sticky-note tool built for brainstorming. Pick it to drop a colored note anywhere on the board, then double-click the note to edit its text. Notes can be moved, resized, layered and grouped like any other object.
Can multiple people use this whiteboard together?
This whiteboard is a single-user, browser-local canvas — it doesn't sync in real time between devices or people. Export your board as PNG, SVG or a JSON project file to share it, then re-import the JSON to keep editing later. Two people can still work on the same board in turn by passing that JSON file between them.
How do I export or save my whiteboard?
Use the export buttons in the toolbar to download a PNG or SVG image, or an editable JSON project file you can re-import later. The board also autosaves locally in your browser as you work. PNG and SVG are flat pictures, so keep the JSON if the board is still changing — it is the only export that reopens with each note, shape and connector still separate.
Are there keyboard shortcuts?
Yes — the whiteboard has keyboard shortcuts for editing, view and tool switching. Ctrl/Cmd+Z undoes and Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z or Ctrl/Cmd+Y redoes (up to 50 steps), Ctrl/Cmd+D duplicates the selection, Ctrl/Cmd+C and Ctrl/Cmd+V copy and paste, and Delete or Backspace removes what's selected. Plus and minus zoom in and out, holding Space lets you pan the canvas, and Escape finishes a polygon. Single keys switch tools: V select, P pencil, L line, R rectangle, O ellipse, T text, A arrow.
Does the whiteboard include starter templates?
Yes — the whiteboard ships with ready-made starter boards. The templates panel holds a three-column Kanban board (To Do / In Progress / Done), a Start/Stop/Continue retro board and a simple mind-map layout. Drop one on the canvas and customise it instead of starting blank.
What colour tools are included?
Pick a base colour and the harmony picker generates nine sets from it — shades, tints, tones, monochromatic, complementary, split-complementary, analogous, triadic and tetradic. You can also load a reference image and pull its dominant colours straight into the swatch tray. Clicking a swatch sets the active stroke or fill, whichever the colour switch is pointing at, and recolours any note or shape you have selected.
