A word search is a puzzle where you find hidden words in a grid of letters. The words can read forwards, backwards, or diagonally, depending on the difficulty you choose. Every letter that is not part of a hidden word is filled in at random, which is what makes the words hard to spot.

Type or paste your list of words, or pick a preset theme, and give the puzzle a title. Choose a grid size — Small at 10 letters, Medium at 13 or Large at 16 — and a difficulty, then click Generate. Print as many copies as you need; each Generate builds a fresh layout, so no two sheets come out identical.

On Easy, words only read left-to-right and top-to-bottom. Medium and Hard add backwards and diagonal directions for a bigger challenge. Pick the level before you generate, since changing it rebuilds the grid from scratch.
