How to Use the Weather Forecast Tool

The Weather Forecast tool gives you current conditions and a seven-day outlook for anywhere in the world, with no account and no API key. Here is how to get the most from it.

Pick a location

Type a city name into the search box and choose the right match from the list — the suggestions include the region and country so you can tell two same-named towns apart. Prefer where you are right now? Tap Use my location and allow the browser prompt; your coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo to fetch the local forecast. Your last choice is remembered on your device, so the tool opens on it next time.

Read current conditions and the week

The top card shows the temperature now, what it feels like, humidity, wind and recent precipitation, with an icon for the sky. Below it, the seven-day row gives each day's high and low, the dominant weather and the maximum chance of rain. Use the °C / °F toggle to switch units instantly — your preference sticks.
