About these reasoning tests
Reasoning tests — also called aptitude tests — measure how you think rather than what you already know. Employers and schools use them because reasoning skill transfers across tasks: a strong verbal reasoner reads contracts closely, a strong numerical reasoner spots a bad figure in a spreadsheet, and a strong spatial reasoner rotates a part in their head before touching a tool. Each test here focuses on one of those abilities.
