The simulator opens with an attracting pair, so a visitor sees the force immediately and can then change it:
- Two charges: set each from −10 to +10 µC — the signs decide attract or repel.
- Separation: slide the charges apart and watch the inverse-square fall-off.
- Equal and opposite arrows: the force on each charge, as Newton's third law demands.

Pick the right height
